Return Policy

You are required to notify us and provide your order number before shipping a returned item.
All returns must be post marked within 14 days from date of receipt.
All purchases from John Michaels Jewelry are mailed with a tag. Returns are not accepted if this tag has been removed.
All returns must be shipped in the John Michaels Jewelry gift box.
Returns are shipped at the consumer's expense.
